Help for issues related to maze generation, swipe controls, gem rewards, boosters, themes, and general app behavior.

Most support requests are answered within 2 to 5 business days.
Before You Write
- Confirm you are using the latest MazeRun version available on the App Store.
- Restart the app and try the affected level again.
- If the maze appears stuck or the player does not respond to swipes, force-quit and reopen the app.
- If a purchase (gem pack) did not go through, tap Restore Purchases in the Shop before contacting support.
Common Issues
If the danger zone speed feels inconsistent, check whether a booster is active — Speed Boost and Slow Wall both affect perceived fill rate and are consumed on use.
If gems are not updating after a completed run, check that the run reached the exit tile rather than ending via a restart or death.
If a purchased theme is not appearing in the Shop as unlocked, try force-quitting the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, contact support with your purchase details.
If the app closes unexpectedly during gameplay, include the level number, what action you performed last, and the device model and iOS version.
