Privacy Policy

MazeRun is an iPhone arcade maze game where you navigate procedurally generated mazes while escaping a rising danger zone. MazeRun is developed by Zoratek. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app may use, how that information is handled, and what happens if you contact support.

Information MazeRun Uses

MazeRun stores all game state — including completed levels, gem balance, purchased themes, booster inventory, and player statistics — locally on your device using UserDefaults. No account creation is required.

MazeRun uses Google AdMob to display banner ads within the app. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad delivery and measurement purposes. AdMob operates under Google's privacy policy.

MazeRun uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage data, such as level progression and session activity, to help improve the app.

MazeRun offers in-app purchases (gem packs) through Apple's StoreKit. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple and are subject to Apple's privacy policy. Zoratek does not receive or store your payment information.

Support Requests

If you contact support by email, Zoratek may receive the information you include in your message, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, or a description of the issue you are reporting.

This information is used only to respond to your request, investigate problems, and improve the app experience.

How Information Is Used

Any information used by MazeRun is handled for a limited set of purposes:

• Store your progress, gems, and settings locally on your device.
• Display ads via Google AdMob.
• Analyze anonymous usage patterns via Firebase Analytics to improve the game.
• Process in-app purchases through Apple StoreKit.
• Respond to support messages you send.
• Investigate bugs, crashes, or issues you report.

Data Sharing

Zoratek does not sell your personal information.

Data may be shared with third-party services (Google AdMob, Firebase) as described above, and only when necessary to provide the app experience, respond to your support request, comply with legal obligations, or protect the security and integrity of the service.

MazeRun integrates with the following third-party services, each operating under its own terms and privacy policies:

Data Security

Zoratek takes reasonable measures to protect information related to MazeRun and support requests. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your Choices

You can stop using MazeRun at any time. Deleting the app removes all locally stored game data from your device. To limit ad tracking, you can adjust your device's privacy settings under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of MazeRun after an update means you accept the revised policy.
