Before You Write

  • Confirm you are using the latest version available on the App Store.
  • Include the difficulty level or custom memorama involved.
  • Include your iPhone model and iOS version.
  • Describe whether the issue happened during loading, gameplay, or saving.

Common Issues

If the board does not update correctly, mention whether matched cards, score, or time behaved differently than expected.

If a custom memorama is missing or incorrect, describe when it was created and what changed afterward.

If the app closes unexpectedly, include what was happening just before the app closed.
