Response

Most support requests are answered within 2 to 5 business days.

Before You Write

  • Confirm you are using the latest Cuesta version available on the App Store.
  • If swipes stop responding or a level won't start, force-quit the app and reopen it. Your progress is saved after every completed level.
  • If there is no sound, check the sound toggle on the level map and make sure your device isn't muted.

How To Play

Swipe to jump across the shaft. Swipe again while holding a wall to hop up it, until your grip runs out. Land on the deck at the top of a level to complete it.

Levels are played in order and can't be replayed. Each one has a fixed layout, so if a section keeps beating you, watch where the ledges and hazards are and plan the route.

Common Questions

Where did my coins, gear or charms go? Reaching the very top of the climb changes things. That is part of the game, not a bug. Coins, gear and charms are also stored only on your device, so deleting the app or moving to a new device without a backup starts the game over.

A charm was used but the level isn't finished. A charm is spent when the climb starts and lasts through every retry until you finish that level.

I watched an ad but didn't get the reward. Rewards are granted only when the ad plays to the end. Coin doubling is limited to 5 times a day and the free charm to once a day.

How does a quiet day work? Tap the quiet day button on the level map and watch two rewarded ads. That turns off the ads between levels and on return for 24 hours. Ads you choose to watch for coins or a charm stay available.

Can I play on iPad? Yes. Cuesta runs full screen in portrait on iPad, with the same levels as on iPhone.
